Buoyancy
According to the manufacturer, one square metre of pontoon carries around 350 kg — four H40 floats at roughly 87 kg each. With 6 m² that comes to 2,100 kg on paper. What matters is not the total but the load spread: the craft has to rest on several floats at once.
What you also need
Mooring is not part of the kit because it depends on the water. Up to three metres depth with firm ground you use a driven pile and a pile guide that lets the dock rise and fall. In deeper water or soft ground a 40 kg anchor with shackle and chain is used.
Frequently asked
What does the Jetski Dock 1.5 × 4 m cost?
€1,465.38 net as a complete kit, plus freight from Rotterdam. It includes 24 floats, all connecting parts, a mallet and a pin spanner. We quote freight with your offer because it depends on the delivery address.
How does the jetski get onto the dock?
Under its own power. The 6 V floats form a channel that rises towards the open end. You drive in slowly, the hull glides up and then sits dry. For heavier boats a hand winch helps with the last stretch.
How long does assembly take?
Two people need a few hours for this size. The system is pinned, not bolted: you drive the coupling pins in with the mallet, and both tools are included. On land, on level ground, assemble as much as you can still carry or push into the water afterwards — the floats of the drive-in channel first. You add the rest in the water. Further tools such as the nut spanner are on our tools page.
Can I extend the dock later?
Yes. The system is modular: add more floats and you only need extra coupling pins and bolts. The dock can equally be taken apart and rebuilt somewhere else.
